Why We Give

“Each one must give as he has decided in his heart, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver.” — 2 Corinthians 9:7

We give because God has given so freely to us.
We give because generosity shapes our hearts to look more like Christ.
We give because everything we have ultimately belongs to Him.

Giving is worship. Giving is trust. Giving is a declaration that God—not money—is our provider. Through your generosity, ministry happens, the gospel advances, and lives are touched in ways only heaven fully sees.

When we surrender what we have, God multiplies it.
What leaves your hand becomes seed in the soil of God’s Kingdom, producing fruit that impacts generations.

“How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching?” — Romans 10:14

God moves through people. When you share your story or invite someone to church, you become part of the mission to bring the gospel to our city.

When we share the gospel, we participate in the very heart of God. The hope of Jesus spreads through simple conversations, personal invitations, moments of kindness, and the courage to tell others what Christ has done in our lives. God uses ordinary voices to carry an extraordinary message.

You don’t need a stage to make an impact.
You don’t need a title to be used by God.
All you need is a willing heart.

Every time you invite someone to church, every time you pray for a friend, every time you share a verse, a testimony, or a moment of faith—you are planting seeds that the Holy Spirit can awaken. Someone’s life may be changed forever because you chose to speak.
